Each year we are increasing our demand, thus those families are able to get some additional revenue to their daily life and ensure the best quality for our products.

In Kampot province, to ensure a safe volume of production each year, we finance our own plantation in which we are naturally growing the authentic Kampot Pepper. This Pepper is renowned worldwide for its great quality and its incredible taste. It has been used for decades by the greatest chefs to give an appreciated touch to several dishes. This pepper is grown without the use of chemicals to ensure a great taste and to take care of your health and the one of your beloved. Once again, local communities take part of the project by providing the expertise and by sustaining traditional way of harvesting. They gain a substantial earning from their work to allow them to improve their life condition in line with a social responsibility project.

This engagement allow us to provide the best of Cambodian heritage and to ensure a great quality level. Confirel at World Expo Milano 2015

Confirel, the leading Cambodian brand in Authentic Khmer Products, got the honor to be invited by Sophea TOUCH & Olivier DUMONT, organizer of the Expo Event, under the supervision of Mr Virak OUPROM, the director of the Cambodian Pavilion to the World Expo in Milan in order to represent the great culinary traditions of the country.

Running from the 1^st of May until the 31^st of October 2015, this event is an incredible showcase for more than 140 countries to present their food products and the cultural heritage associated. For this edition, the theme chosen is to conceal food with sustainability. It suits particularly well with the deep roots of the Confirel Company. Indeed, since its creation in 2001 by Dr Ly Hay, its aims has always been to produce the best quality products from the Cambodian knowledge and tradition, while being good for the health and the environment. Using only natural ingredients, mostly organic, the company is providing a good way to keep you on the track of a sane life and to take a role in turning the world greener.

The Cambodian pavilion, within the world expo, has been organized around a reproduction of the Angkor Wat Temples. The greatest proud of the Cambodian people is here to show that the Cambodian are able to achieve great things as they are still doing with their innovative food companies.
